Love to create recipes with local Eastern Shore Tomatoes and drink Italian wine? If you are lucky to have your own plants or have access to local tomatoes at the Farmers Markets, you will love our next class with 3 courses Chef Dawn has created with these beautiful local tomatoes. We have paired 3 amazing Italian white and red wines to pair with the courses. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop at a special discount to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions, the sessions are at Noon and 2 PM.
As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the 3 courses, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines, along with commentary from our Sales Representative from Global Wines Maryland, the importer of the wines. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
